Will I be charged customs/duty on my order?
No. We offers domestic shipping for games and items within both Canada and the Contiguous United States.
Do you ship internationally outside of Canada and the United States?
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering international shipping outside of Canada, and continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
How are the shipping rates determine?
The shipping rates are based primarily on the weight and size of the package. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the most cost-effective and reliable shipping options, while also ensuring the safe and secure delivery of their items.
When will my order ship/be delivered?
